I am always happy to spread the news and tell anyone about the great job that the Pioneer team have been doing for us. Being a not-for-profit and deciding to take over self-management of our communities (9 SNFs and 2 ALs) was a feat in and of itself. Pioneer made the financial transition easy and were there to provide guidance to foresee any hurdles. They have been a true partner for us and are my financial arm. Pioneer’s knowledge of the industry has helped us be more efficient and has saved us lots of money so that we can further our mission.
